Expresstrader Investor Agreement


Effective Date: 08 – March – 2021

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING OR INVESTING ON THE EXPRESSTRADER & INVESTMENT CO PLATFORM.

By clicking "I Agree," registering on Expresstrader & Investment Co, or participating in any investment plan offered, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Investor Agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with the terms, you must refrain from using this platform.

 

1. Definitions

  • "Expresstrader & Investment Co," "we," "us," or "the Company": refers to the operators of the Expresstrader & Investment Co investment platform.
  • "User," "you," or "Investor": refers to any person who registers and/or invests on the platform.
  • "Platform": the online system available at https://expresstrader.cfd for investment services.

 

2. Eligibility and Voluntary Participation

2.1 Participation is entirely voluntary and is available only to individuals who seek to supplement their income and improve their financial status.

2.2 By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You understand and accept the risks involved in investment activities.

 

3. Investment Terms

3.1 Minimum Investment Duration: Funds must remain invested for a minimum of 30 days to qualify for withdrawal.

3.2 Withdrawal Commission Fees:

  • Standard withdrawals (after plan maturity) are subject to a 10% commission fee.
  • Early withdrawals (before 30 days) incur a 20% commission fee.

3.3 Expresstrader & Investment Co invests user funds in gold and other precious metals. While we endeavor to achieve positive returns, we do not guarantee profits. Investments are subject to market risks, and all risks are borne solely by the investor.

 

4. Role and Limitations of Appointees

4.1 Appointments to team leadership or managerial positions within the platform are honorary or operational roles only.

4.2 These appointees are not employees or legal agents of Expresstrader & Investment Co and cannot make legally binding commitments on behalf of the company.

 

5. Account Management

5.1 Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique verification code to manage your account and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and use of your account.

5.2 You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.
  • Share or transfer your account without written consent from Expresstrader & Investment Co.

 

6. Risk Disclosure

6.1 You acknowledge that:

  • The value of investments may fluctuate due to market dynamics.
  • Expresstrader & Investment Co does not control global financial markets and cannot guarantee returns.
  • You may experience partial or total loss of your invested capital.

6.2 If you are uncertain about any aspect of this agreement or investment, you are encouraged to consult a financial advisor.

 

7. Termination and Account Suspension

7.1 Expresstrader & Investment Co reserves the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend any account found violating this agreement or applicable laws.
  • Withhold funds at its sole discretion where reasonable evidence suggest non compliance with KYC, illegal or money laundering activities
  • Cancel accounts after prolonged inactivity.

 

8. Privacy and Data Use

8.1 Your personal and financial information may be collected and used according to our Privacy Policy and Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

8.2 To comply with this requirement, we may require you to submit verifiable Government issued ID and a selfie taken while holding your ID. We do this to ensure the safety of all our investors.

8.3 Expresstrader & Investment Co complies with international financial regulations and reserves the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

 

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All platform content, logos, trademarks, and service names are intellectual property of Expresstrader & Investment Co and cannot be reproduced without permission.

 

10. Amendments

10.1 Expresstrader & Investment Co may amend this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform and will become effective immediately upon publication.

10.2 Continued use of the platform following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. You can use the support ticket feature for immediate assistance.

11.2 If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Arbitration Rules. The arbitration venue shall be Belize, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

 

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

12.1 Expresstrader & Investment Co shall not be liable for:

  • Losses arising from investment performance.
  • Delays, errors, or platform unavailability due to system failures or Internet outages.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
  • Inappropriate handling of account login or other details by the user

 

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belize, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

 

14. Acknowledgment

By registering and investing on Expresstrader & Investment Co, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Agreement in full.
  • You accept the risks and conditions associated with investment activities.
  • You agree to be legally bound by all terms stated herein.
